If you have a fuse board with re-wireable fuses then you should seriously consider having this upgraded.
This type of board was not designed to protect you as a consumer.
This type of board can be upgraded to a modern RCD board for a fixed price of £320. This includes a test certificate.
Can you assist with ensuring a flat meeting the standards required for rental?
